PGS Urgent Care is physician-owned and physician-supervised. Care is provided by experienced physician assistants (PAs) under the supervision of the owning physicians.
You will be cared for by an experienced physician assistant. Our supervising physicians are always a phone call away and close by whenever a visit calls for one.
Some things are better seen in an emergency room.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. Go to the nearest emergency room for:
- chest pain or pressure
- trouble breathing
- stroke symptoms such as face drooping, arm weakness, or slurred speech
- severe bleeding or major injury
- a severe allergic reaction
- confusion, fainting, or an unresponsive person

When are you open?
We open in early 2027. Our planned hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. We are not open on weekends.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. If you have a question before you come, you are welcome to contact us.
Who will see me?

Do you see children?
Yes. We see adults and children of all ages.
What languages do you speak?
English and Spanish. All of our providers speak both, and this website is available in both languages.
What insurance do you take?
We are finalizing our accepted insurance list and our self-pay prices, and we'll post both here before we open.
