Insurance and self-pay at PGS Urgent Care

We know that "what will this cost?" is part of deciding whether to come in. This page is where our accepted insurance plans and our self-pay prices will be published. Below is what we can tell you today, and what to bring with you.

Our insurance list is not published yet

We are finalizing which insurance plans we will accept and what our self-pay prices will be. We will post both on this page before we open in early 2027.

We would rather post nothing than post a plan name we have not confirmed. If you arrive expecting coverage you do not have, that is a bill you did not agree to, and we are not willing to risk it.

Our phone number will be posted here before we open, and the insurance and price lists will be on this page at the same time.

What we can tell you today

  • Bring your insurance card if you have one. Bring a photo ID and a list of your current medications. Children need a parent or legal guardian with them.

  • You do not need insurance to be seen. We will publish our self-pay prices on this page so you can see what a visit costs before you come in.

  • No appointment needed. Walk in any weekday during clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30–9:30 PM.

  • We see adults and children of all ages.

  • You will be cared for by an experienced physician assistant. Our supervising physicians are always a phone call away and close by whenever a visit calls for one.

If you do not have insurance

You can be seen here without insurance. When our self-pay prices are published on this page, you will be able to see what a visit costs before you decide to come in.

Tests, procedures, and medicines given during your visit can add to the cost of a visit. Our published prices will make clear what is included.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take my insurance?

We are finalizing the list of insurance plans we will accept and will post it on this page before we open in early 2027. We are not publishing plan names until they are confirmed, because arriving with coverage you do not have is a bill you did not agree to.

What does a visit cost if I do not have insurance?

Our self-pay prices will be posted on this page before we open, so you can see what a visit costs before you come in. You do not need insurance to be seen.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of your current medications. Children need a parent or legal guardian with them.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, Monday–Friday, 5:30–9:30 PM.

Do you see children?

Yes. We see adults and children of all ages. For how we care for children, see Urgent care for children. If you are not sure whether a child needs the emergency room, see Not sure if it's an emergency?

What if this is an emergency?

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. Go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms such as face drooping, arm weakness, or slurred speech, severe bleeding or major injury, a severe allergic reaction, or confusion, fainting, or an unresponsive person. If you are not sure whether it is an emergency, choose the safest option and seek emergency care.
