How a visit works
- 1
Walk in
No appointment needed. Come in during clinic hours. If you want to confirm timing or ask whether urgent care is the right fit, our hours and directions are on the hours and location page.
- 2
Check in
Our front desk will ask for a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a short list of your current medications. Children need a parent or legal guardian with them.
- 3
See your provider
You will be cared for by an experienced physician assistant. Our supervising physicians are always a phone call away and close by whenever a visit calls for one.
- 4
Know your next step
You will leave with a clear plan, including whether follow-up with your regular doctor or a higher level of care makes sense.
If you need a higher level of care
Our care team will let you know if a symptom needs a higher level of care. When in doubt, the emergency room is the safer choice. If your visit turns out to need testing or treatment we do not offer here, we will tell you where to go and make sure you leave with that written down.
Safety first
Some symptoms need the ER, not urgent care.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for:
- chest pain or pressure
- trouble breathing
- stroke symptoms such as face drooping, arm weakness, or slurred speech
- severe bleeding or major injury
- a severe allergic reaction
- confusion, fainting, or an unresponsive person
- anything else that may be life-threatening
If you are not sure whether it is an emergency, choose the safest option and seek emergency care.
Paying for your visit
We will post the insurance plans we accept and our self-pay prices before we open. Bring your insurance card if you have one; if you do not, you are still welcome here.

Frequently asked questions
What conditions do you treat?
Colds, flu, sore throat and strep, ear and sinus infections, pink eye, fever, stomach bugs and dehydration, urinary infections, sprains and strains, cuts that need stitches, rashes, skin infections, minor burns, and mild asthma flare-ups. If you are not sure whether your problem is on that list, come in and ask — we would rather see you and send you on than have you guess.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 9:30 PM.
Do you have labs and testing on site?
Yes. We run rapid tests for strep, flu, mono, and RSV, plus basic labs including CBC, BMP, urinalysis, and finger-stick glucose, so most results are ready during your visit.
Will I see a doctor?
You will be cared for by an experienced physician assistant. Our supervising physicians are always a phone call away and close by whenever a visit calls for one.
What if this is an emergency?
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. Go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or major injury, a severe allergic reaction, or confusion, fainting, or an unresponsive person. If you are not sure, choose the emergency room. Nobody will think less of you for it.
What if I need care you do not provide here?
We will tell you, plainly, during your visit, and we will tell you where to go instead. You will leave with that written down, along with whether you should follow up with your regular doctor.
